Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy is seeking a Pre-Grad Intern in Las Vegas to gain hands-on experience in a community pharmacy setting. You will learn to support customer health, advocate for patient wellbeing, and assist with pharmacy operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, delivering patient care, and maintaining inventory while following HIPAA and PHI guidelines. Eligible for Walmart benefits and growth opportunities through Live Better U.

About Walmart Pharmacy Our pharmacy team operates with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy products and services. As a Pre‑Grad Intern, you will be paid to help support our team's goals and contributing to the success of the company.

What you'll do:

• Ensure confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records according to Company policies, and local, State, and Federal guidelines.
• Help with processing prescription and over‑the‑counter (OTC) orders and purchases.
• Deliver patient care by recognizing the patient, assessing their needs, and helping navigate clinical therapies.
• Receive and stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.

• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementing best practices.
• Excellent ability to foster relationships with customers and pharmacy team.
• Capability to cater to individual patient needs.
• Enthusiasm for participating in community activities, outreach, and events.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.50 - $34.50* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
