Qualifications

• Must have a current Oregon Pharmacy Technician license (unencumbered).
• Experience supporting pharmacists and dispensing in a community setting is preferred.
• Travel assignment with 13 weeks duration and potential extension.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for a PHARM

• Assist pharmacists in medication preparation and labeling activities
• Perform a broad range of technical support functions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist
• Maintain a current unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License
• Dispense community patient prescriptions
• Support immunization services offered by the pharmacy
• Assist with medication management services
• Facilitate delivery of discharge medications to bedside
• Adhere to pharmacy policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Pass a pre-employment/post offer drug screen prior to starting employment
