Job summary

Chesapeake Regional Healthcare in Coastal Virginia is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. You will manage IV admixture, antibiotic management, and medication order verification as part of a multidisciplinary unit.

The role requires Virginia license, PharmD, RPh, and at least 1 year inpatient experience; Epic proficiency is required. Some weekend coverage expected, with 5x8-hour shifts.

Assignment Details

Pharmacist Inpatient Setting Schedule: Shift: 5x8's schedule, weekdays, some weekends (every 3rd weekend) Shifts times: Day shifts: 0630 - 1500, 0730 - 1600, 0900-1730, 1000 - 1830

Minimum Requirements

• Active Virginia Pharmacist license in hand at the time of submission (firm requirement)
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
• PharmD and Registered Pharmacist (RPh) credentials required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Epic proficiency is required (no exceptions)
