Cynet Health is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in Tennessee. The Day shift requires 8 hours per shift and a minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience, with TN licensure at submission. Pediatrics experience is required to support pediatric medication management.

Responsibilities include clinical consulting, medication safety, and collaboration with physicians and staff to optimize therapy and outcomes across the hospital setting.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience.
• TN license required at the time of submission.
• Must have Pediatrics experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides consultative services and clinical expertise to evaluate and improve medication usage and therapeutic outcomes.
• Promotes continued improvement within the pharmacy scope of practice.
• Processes orders and prescriptions to provide medications and pharmaceutical supplies ordered by physicians and authorized medical practitioners.
• Advises healthcare staff, residents, and patients in the safe administration of medication.
• Follows established policies and procedures for medication safety, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Participates in the development and ensures compliance with compliance activities.
• Performs other job functions as assigned or requested.
• Driver's license must be included with submission.
• All requested time off must be included at the time of submission.
• Vacation requests submitted after an offer will not be considered.
