Description: This is a contract position for a pharmacist working a 13-week assignment. The shift is from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM with no on-call requirements. The unit has a total of 450 beds and approximately 60 staff members. Staffing includes 10 pharmacists and 8-9 technicians on day shift, 3 pharmacists and 4 technicians on evening shift, and 1 pharmacist and 2 technicians on night shift. Patient ratios may vary depending on the shift. The unit utilizes electronic medical records technology. Candidates must have hospital pharmacy experience. Ideal candidates will possess sterile compounding certification. The dress code for pharmacists includes a sage green top and black pants, while technicians wear khaki tops and black pants.
