Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to efficiently package products while adhering to CGMP and FDA regulations. The role requires mechanical know-how to operate and maintain packaging equipment and to ensure quality throughout production.

The candidate should have experience in manufacturing/warehouse settings and hold a Kentucky Pharmacy Technician registration. Forklift experience is a plus, with training available if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician in Kentucky (required).
• Strong mechanical knowledge with ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Familiarity with CGMP guidelines and FDA regulations is desirable.
• Proficient in using hand tools and operating packaging machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
• Assemble and package products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
• Follow all FDA regulations and company policies related to product handling and packaging processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of packaged products.
• Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the facility.
