Responsibilities

• Process orders and manifests using the computer system, scanning and updating in real time.
• Ensure labels match patient, medication type, and handling instructions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve missing items or special orders; report issues to supervisors.
• Document order progress and labeling via barcode scanning and system input.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow SOPs to support speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with runners and pharmacists to keep workflow uninterrupted and on schedule.
