Job summary

Northeast Grocery is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies, and manage financial and personnel functions to sustain high performance.

The role includes patient care services such as counseling, immunization and MTM programs, plus training pharmacy associates and maintaining safety and quality standards across the department. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing in the state of practice
• Immunization Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks
• 5-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Manage financial performance including budget, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling and inventory to ensure viability.
• Train and supervise pharmacy staff and associates, evaluate performance and provide guidance.
• Counsel patients and medical providers on drug therapy, interactions, dosage and side effects; participate in immunization and MTM programs.
• Maintain safety, quality and regulatory standards across the pharmacy department.
