The role includes managing financials, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and leading pharmacy staff while delivering patient care and counseling.

The position involves immunization services, MTM, and wellness programs, ensuring safety and quality standards, and training associates to uphold policy adherence.

Formación

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the state of practice.
• Immunization Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• DL Monitoring may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the pharmacy operations to meet service levels and financial goals.
• Manage payroll, budgeting, third party administration, scheduling and inventory.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and perform performance reviews.
• Provide training and ensure regulatory compliance and company policies.
• Participate in patient centered services including immunization, MTM and wellness programs.
• Counsel patients and providers on drug use, interactions, and adverse effects.
• Maintain quality improvement programs and safe pharmacy facilities.
