Kroger is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for our on-site Jackson, MS pharmacy. You will fulfill prescriptions accurately, counsel patients, and ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, including HIPAA.

Responsibilities include inventory management, record keeping, and maintaining a professional pharmacy image while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing required.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, arithmetic) required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with focus on accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with all laws, including HIPAA.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to pharmacy standards and dress code.
• Develop knowledge of the trade area, customers, and competition.
• Maintain records and ensure proper stock replenishment and inventory control.
