Job summary

McKesson Corporation is offering a Pharmacy Summer Intern position in Irving, TX for a 10-week, full-time internship. You will work with pharmacists and technicians on projects to improve efficiency and customer experience in pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities include data analysis, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The program provides networking, executive exposure, coaching, and experiential learning from subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a healthcare degree (pharmacy or related) at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist in data analysis to evaluate processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support process improvement initiatives across Specialty Pharmacy Operations.
• Provide assistance to cross-functional teams for special projects.
• Collaborate with support teams to solve customer problems.
• Attend team meetings to stay updated on key initiatives and learn from experts.
• Learn and apply industry data analysis best practices to drive insights.
