• High School Diploma or equivalent is the baseline education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support for pharmacy operations and daily workflow coordination.
• Payroll and scheduling assistance including timekeeping and attendance tracking.
• Maintain employee personnel records in line with company policies and compliance standards.
• Prepare, review, and distribute productivity and performance reports.
• Monitor workflow, reassign technicians, and support staff to ensure timely delivery launches.
• Track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Provide backup coverage in roles such as Pharmacy Technician or Distribution Coordinator when needed.
• Respond to audit requests and verify prescription accuracy against manifests.
• Maintain prescription records in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
