CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Network Manager to support the Director of Network Pharmacy by aggregating data, developing performance measures, and managing relationships across the enterprise. You will focus on accurate reporting, audits, and compliance while addressing fraud, waste, and abuse within the network.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive strategic decisions, monitor contract performance, and assist in budget and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare network management with multi‑state networks and regulatory filings.
• 3+ years designing performance measurement frameworks and producing comprehensive analytical reports.
• 2–3 years applying pharmacy regulations, including network adequacy standards, provider credentialing, state filings, and audits.
• 2+ years demonstrating strong communication and relationship management with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate and analyze data to produce detailed reports and respond to audits.
• Develop and implement performance measures for pharmacy network contracts.
• Identify and flag potential fraud, waste, and abuse within the pharmacy network and recommend interventions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support strategic decision making.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Monitor pharmacy performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in budget planning and financial performance analysis of the network.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
