Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare network management with multi-state oversight.
• 3+ years designing performance measurement frameworks and analytics.
• 2-3 years applying pharmacy regulations including state filings and audits.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate and analyze data to produce detailed reports and audits.
• Develop performance measures for pharmacy network contracts.
• Identify fraud, waste, and abuse and recommend interventions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Support monitoring of network performance and quality standards.
• Assist in budget planning and financial performance analysis.
