Job summary

HealthCare Support is seeking a Pharmacy Member Services Specialist (CPhT) to join a growing PBM organization in Orlando, FL. You will use your pharmacy knowledge to help members navigate medication and pharmacy needs.

This on-site role operates Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with competitive hourly compensation and a benefits package. You will collaborate with pharmacies, prescribers, and healthcare teams to advocate for members.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in PBM/health plan MTM call center environment or 4 years in hospital/retail pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage member cases, respond to questions, coordinate with pharmacies and providers, and provide timely, personalized support.
• Deliver a professional and empathetic member experience while resolving concerns and meeting service goals.
• Follow company policies and regulations while collaborating with internal teams and maintaining accurate documentation.

You’ll work with members, pharmacies, prescribers, and healthcare teams while gaining valuable experience in PBM, pharmacy benefits, and member advocacy.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Fully On site

Compensation

• $24.50 - $30.60 / hour
