Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Oregon is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a dedicated team, deliver direct patient care, optimize medication therapy, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Pharm.D or B.Pharmacy with an active license, at least one year of supervisory experience, and the ability to manage varied schedules, while contributing to profitable operations and community health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D (NABP FPGEC) in good standing.
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team.
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability.

Main Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and acts as pharmacist in charge.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
• Certified Immunizer Required
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
• Ability to work a variety of schedules
