Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Winston-Salem, NC to lead a team of pharmacists and staff, deliver comprehensive patient care, and drive community health initiatives. The role requires a PharmD or equivalent, a valid license by start date, and ACPE immunization training.

You will oversee dispensing, immunizations, inventory, pricing, and compliance while fostering exceptional patient outcomes and strong partnerships with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC.
• Pharmacy license valid by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescription orders and administer immunizations in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels.
• Model and enforce customer service guidelines to resolve customer needs.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to serve the community.
