Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensing of prescription orders and patient care
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOPs, QA policies, and regulatory requirements
• Manage inventory flow and budgeting to align with store goals
• Lead and develop Associates, provide performance feedback, and foster teamwork
• Engage in community outreach and drive patient safety initiatives
