Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD. degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive patient care by dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, counseling members on health care and medication needs, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Drives sales and profit in Pharmacy and OTC through merchandise presentation, pricing, in-stock levels, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversees compliance with company policies and regulations, loss prevention, safety controls, and safety and quality assurance reviews.
• Develops and guides associates, provides feedback, recognition and fosters a culture of belonging.
