As Pharmacy Manager you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, staff training, customer service, and performance improvement. The position requires a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, active state license, and immunization certification.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Pharmacy license required by job entry date.
• Completion of ACPE-accredited immunization training program.

Responsabilidades

• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and other programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory levels.
• Model and enforce customer service standards to resolve patient needs within guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to contribute to community health.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations by analyzing reports and overseeing safety and QA reviews.
