Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescriptions, immunizations and related programs.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signing and inventory levels for merchandise.
• Model and enforce customer service standards to resolve patient needs within guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and engage associates in outreach activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety regulations through data analysis and QA reviews.
