• Manage signing, pricing and inventory to ensure accurate merchandising and stock levels.
• Model and enforce customer service guidelines to resolve needs within policy.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to engage with the community.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety reviews.
