Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead pharmacists and staff in delivering high‑quality patient care in the community. You will oversee operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive performance through data analysis and staff leadership.

You will oversee immunizations, customer service, and outreach programs while managing financial performance and inventory. The role requires pharmacy licensure and ACPE immunization training, with a strong focus on community health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and license.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• FPGEC (NABP) certified equivalent is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing prescriptions and immunizations.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory accuracy.
• Model and guide customer service approaches to meet company guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associate involvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
