Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Memphis to lead our team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff in delivering patient care and community outreach. You will oversee pharmacy operations, dispense prescriptions, and ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations while striving to improve patient outcomes.

You’ll manage staff, analyze data for performance, engage with healthcare providers, and participate in community programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and NABP licensure.
• ACPE immunization training completion is required.
• US pharmacy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescription orders and administer immunizations in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signing, and inventory management.
• Model and reinforce customer service approaches to resolve patient needs within guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to engage with the community.
• Analyze reports to ensure compliance with policies and oversee safety and quality assurance reviews.
