The role requires an active Pharmacist License in the state, an active NPI, and 1–2 years of pharmacy experience, with full-time expectations including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Oversee bench shifts and ensure patient safety through verified dispensing.
• Provide meaningful patient counseling and support immunization programs.
• Lead and coach pharmacy team to improve performance and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Onboard new pharmacy staff and manage scheduling and training.
