Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing prescriptions, immunizations, and programs in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory levels are accurate.
• Model and enforce customer service approaches to resolve needs within guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to engage with the community.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations by analyzing reports and overseeing safety and QA reviews.
