Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff in Crowley, LA. You will oversee patient care, immunizations, and day-to-day pharmacy operations while delivering outstanding service to the community.

This leadership role requires a PharmD or PharmD with NABP FPGEC, an active license, and ACPE immunization training. You will drive performance, manage staff and inventory, ensure compliance with laws, and promote community outreach and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, NABP FPGEC
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association)

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescription orders and immunizations.
• Manage inventory, pricing, signing and merchandising.
• Lead customer service and community outreach.
• Oversee safety, loss prevention and quality assurance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
