Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a pharmacy team to deliver patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee bench shifts and coach pharmacy team performance.
• Manage immunizations, counseling and prescription processing.
• Maintain inventory and protect cold chain products.
• Schedule staff and support licensure training.
