Qualifications

• Completion of ACPE-accredited immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescription orders and immunizations in compliance with statutes.
• Ensure effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory levels.
• Model and guide customer service approaches to resolve needs per company guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to engage with the community.
• Ensure compliance with policies by analyzing reports and overseeing safety and QA reviews.
