Qualifications

• Pharmacist education: Bachelor's degree or PharmD from an accredited school

• Immunization administration certification as allowed by state law

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $186,000 and will be commensurate with background, experience as well as internal equity. Bonus eligibility: 3%
