Responsibilities
- Lead and direct Pharmacy Staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
- Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations: patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
- Develop and manage patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy.
- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Motivate, inspire, and develop support staff by balancing assignments, addressing development opportunities, and filling knowledge gaps.
- Identify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance.
- Successfully implement solutions by guiding the team to achieve specified goals.
- Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
- Seek new ways to grow, collaborate with others, and deliver better outcomes.
- Align others around purpose to gain support and commitment.

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- Listed on the pharmacy state license as the “pharmacist in charge.”
- Submission of required information/documents to state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (if applicable).
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
Compensation and Benefits
- Anticipated weekly hours: 40.
- Time type: Full time.
- Pay range: $65.00 – $81.00 per hour.
- Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
