Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Pharmacy Staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
• Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations: patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
• Develop and manage patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy.
• Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Motivate, inspire, and develop support staff by balancing assignments, addressing development opportunities, and filling knowledge gaps.
• Identify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance.
• Successfully implement solutions by guiding the team to achieve specified goals.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Listed on the pharmacy state license as the “pharmacist in charge.”
• Submission of required information/documents to state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (if applicable).
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.

Compensation and Benefits

• Anticipated weekly hours: 40.
• Time type: Full time.
• Pay range: $65.00 – $81.00 per hour.
• Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
