Pharmacy Manager - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for External Candidates Genoa Healthcare, part of Optum, partners with behavioral health and addiction treatment communities to improve medication access and patient outcomes. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a critical leadership role by overseeing pharmacy operations, supporting patients and providers, and leading a high-performing pharmacy team. Working within a coordinated care environment, you’ll provide direct patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, drive pharmacy performance, and build strong relationships with clinic partners. This position offers a predictable weekday schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals managing complex health conditions.
Location: Centerstone of Indiana, 645 S Rogers St, Suite C, Bloomington, IN 47403 Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Closed for lunch 12:00 PM-1:00 PM)
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
