Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is hiring a Pharmacy Liaison—Specialty Pharmacy Technician to work onsite in a hospital clinic or hospital office, supporting medication adherence and personalized pharmacy services.

Onsite training with potential to move to hybrid. Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–6:00PM CST. You’ll collaborate with clinic teams, process prior authorizations, educate patients, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills.

Shields Health Solutions is redefining patient care through specialty pharmacy. We’re hiring a Pharmacy Liaison —a Specialty Pharmacy Technician who will work onsite in a hospital clinic or hospital office building to support patients with medication adherence and personalized pharmacy services.

Onsite for training with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule. Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 6:00PM CST

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care.
• Process prior authorizations, resolve insurance issues, and support financial assistance.
• Educate patients on pharmacy services and assist with specialty and retail prescriptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
