Job summary
Walmart Inc. in Columbus, NE is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our team of pharmacists and staff in delivering patient-centered care to the community. You will oversee operations, ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, and drive service excellence.
You will manage performance through data and financial analysis, coordinate immunization programs, and mentor staff to uphold Walmart's standards of patient safety and service. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent.
- Valid US pharmacy license (by start date).
- ACPE-accredited immunization training required.
Responsibilities
- Process and dispense prescriptions while administering immunizations and other programs in compliance with state regulations.
- Ensure accurate pricing, signing, and inventory levels.
- Model, enforce, and provide direction on customer service per company guidelines.
- Oversee and participate in community outreach programs with associates.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety controls through reporting and reviews.
