CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for our Alabama store. You will lead a pharmacy team, oversee patient care and immunizations, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining safe, accurate dispensing.

This role requires managing bench shifts, coaching staff, and upholding quality standards. Ideal candidates hold an active pharmacist license in Alabama, a valid NPI, and 1–2 years of pharmacist experience.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Lead pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and counseling.
• Oversee immunization services and pharmacist-on- bench operations.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Coach staff, monitor performance, and conduct annual reviews.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency of pharmacy workflow.
