Advanced Rx LLC in Pennsylvania is hiring a Pharmacy Lab Technician to join our growing compounding team. No pharmacy experience is necessary, and we provide full paid on-site training and help with PA pharmacy technician registration.

You will operate compounding equipment to create custom medications, work a steady shift Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, and performance bonuses.

Your Role as a Pharmacy Lab Technician:

Operate compounding equipment (mixers, encapsulation machines) to create custom medications. Structured, consistent work, with training to advance into weighing chemicals and compounding complex medication forms.

What we're looking for:

• Ability to pass a background check (required for PA pharmacy technician registration)
