Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Pharmacy Associate – Inventory to support inventory counts at retail locations. You will count items, record lot numbers and expiration dates, and use handheld scanners with a focus on accuracy.

Starting wage is $19.00-$21.00 per hour, with paid training and performance-based increases. No inventory experience required; training provided. Travel to various locations and a customer-focused team environment are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
• Complies with healthcare and pharmacy standards, including PPE and confidentiality.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Arrest/conviction records considered under CA Fair Chance Act.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare professionals at inventory events, counting and recording lot numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the pay program.
• Travel to retail locations.
