Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Pharmacy intern registration with the State Board of Pharmacy is required within 3 months of hire.
- (PHARM-Intern) Pharmacist - Intern or (PharmTech) Pharmacy Technician License is necessary.
- Neatness and accuracy are required.
- Six months of hospital pharmacy technician experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Under supervision of a pharmacist, fills medication orders and prepares compounds.
- Prepackages medications, stocks supplies, and prepares documents.
- Performs duties in accordance with state pharmacy regulations.
