Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our pharmacy team. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will support patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service in a retail setting.

You will contribute to inventory, workflow management, and customer service while developing professionally in a culture focused on continuous improvement and compassionate care for patients.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance, including weekends.
• Pass required training within state guidelines and timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in safe and effective Retail Pharmacy operations under licensed pharmacist supervision.
• Focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer service.
• Support inventory and workflow management excluding final prescription verification.
