Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Pharmacy Intern to join our Fairfax, VA team in a part-time, on-site role. You will work under a licensed pharmacist to support patient care, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a 3rd-year student in an ACPE-accredited program, you’ll gain hands-on experience, complete state-required training, and contribute to inventory and workflow optimization while building professional skills and patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern/technician licensure as required.
• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support patient safety and customer service in a retail pharmacy environment.
• Assist in inventory management and workflow management.
• Collaborate with licensed pharmacists to ensure safe dispensing.
• Engage in patient care programs and immunization activities when eligible.
