Job summary

CVS Health in Fair Lawn, NJ is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our pharmacy team and deliver patient-centred care under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You’ll support patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer service while gaining hands-on experience in a busy retail pharmacy.

Accepted into or enrolled in an ACPE‑accredited college; 0–3 years related work; strong communication; opportunities for immunization activities as allowed by state

Qualifications

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
0–3 years relevant work experience.
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe.

Responsibilities

Patient safety and care delivery under licensed pharmacist supervision.
Pharmacy professional practice and regulatory compliance.
Quality assurance and customer service.
Inventory management and workflow coordination (excluding final prescription verification).
Lead with empathy and collaborate to improve patient outcomes.
