Job summary

CVS Health is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern position in Ohio to support pharmacy teams while developing more responsibilities. You will follow SOPs, assist with prescription fulfillment, and provide patient care under licensed supervision.

Immunization support and essential training are part of the role. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail setting, with flexibility for scheduling and a focus on patient safety and privacy.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an ACPE accredited college/school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.
• Willingness to comply with state/federal regulations and CVS policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Assist in prescription fulfillment across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off stations.
• Counsel patients when appropriate and answer basic medical questions under supervision.
• Support immunization services and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
• Maintain patient privacy and safety and ensure accurate labeling and dispensing.
