Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join the pharmacy team in a part-time capacity. Under a licensed pharmacist, you will help ensure safe patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflow within the Retail Pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities include patient safety, customer service, and participation in patient care programs while maintaining attendance and licensure requirements. The role offers benefits for part-time staff where eligible.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to deliver safe, effective retail pharmacy care.
• Contribute to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
• Support customer service, inventory management, and workflow coordination.
• Participate in patient care programs and promote compassionate care.
