Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join the pharmacy team and contribute to delivering patient care and education. You will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow clinical and operational skills while supporting everyday pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern or technician licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment.
• Support patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to inventory management.
• Support workflow management and assist with duties excluding final prescription verification.
