Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our pharmacy team. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will help deliver safe, high-quality patient care and support daily pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities include patient safety, regulatory compliance, inventory and workflow management, and customer service. Accepted into ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy and active enrollment are required; weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe.
• Regular attendance including weekends and ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Heart and show empathy for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Assist with patient safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance.
• Support inventory management and workflow coordination.
• Provide excellent customer service and participate in pharmacy operations under supervision.
