Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy is seeking a Pre-Grad Intern at our Azle, TX location to gain hands-on experience in a community pharmacy setting. You will learn to support patient health and wellness while advocating for patient wellbeing in a dynamic team.

You will process prescriptions, stock supplies, and deliver patient care by assessing needs and guiding therapies. HIPAA/PHI compliance and customer service excellence are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school.
• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process prescription and OTC orders with care.
• Deliver patient care by assessing needs and guiding therapies.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
• Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers.
