• Enrolled in an accredited school of Pharmacy and in good standing.
• State intern licensure required.
• On-site role; no hybrid or remote.
• Ability to work under supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and assesses medication orders to identify potential and actual drug related problems.
• Compounds medications for retail sales and/or delivery to patient care areas.
• Provides drug information and education to patients.
• Communicates with physicians and other clinicians to facilitate care.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
