Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist pharmacy and front-store customers with questions and concerns.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Process prescriptions, translate SIG codes where applicable, and manage labeling.
• Support supervising pharmacist in dispensing and monitoring compliance.
• Counsel customers under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist and facilitate patient care.
• Lead training and development of pharmacy support staff and coordinate scheduling and workflow.
