Job summary

CVS Health seeks Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduates for a structured internship in a retail pharmacy setting. You will work under licensed supervision, complete required US intern hours, and prepare for licensure while delivering high-quality patient care.

You will gain experience in patient counseling, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy operations, with emphasis on team leadership, learning plans, and assessing care programs for diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state where district is located within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and at the drive-thru.
• Process prescriptions and maintain pharmacy workflow standards.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
• Support supervising pharmacist in dispensing and monitoring compliance.
• Lead and develop Pharmacy Support Staff and ensure training.
• Adapt to changing health care needs and drive patient care programs.
