Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our pharmacy team. Under licensed pharmacist supervision, you will help deliver patient care and support daily operations in a retail setting. Responsibilities include patient safety, regulatory compliance, inventory and workflow management, and exceptional customer service.

Eligible part-time benefits apply; weekend availability may be required. Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy; 0–3 years

Qualifications

• ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment is required.
• 0–3 years relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Support patient safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance.
• Assist with inventory management and workflow (excluding final prescription verification).
• Deliver excellent customer service.
